About Us
The founder of this federation is Sensei Sandun Wickrama Arachchi. This is based on his motivation to found a federation for karate people who have good heart for this sport. He started with a small group and now it formed and named as FRIENDS INTERNATIONAL KARATE-DO FEDERATION. So FIKF was found in March 2014 in Sri Lanka/Italy.
FIKF team started this federation for karate lovers. This team has lot of aims & likes to help clubs, schools, associations & federations.
The world has 4 main styles of karate. FIKF team would like to give its membership to all karate styles and federations of various martial arts too. But they never combine karate with other martial arts in competitions.
FIKF has a good vision for its future success & the name itself reflects that vision. FIKF wish to work with all as friends of good and open heart. You can make use of this opportunity to become a friend of us which will pave way to your success.
